Charles really pulled through Charles is just awesome. He really pulled through for us. We had our new fence up last summer that was suppose to be stained. This past weekend we were throwing my son's birthday party, and the fence looked horrible. It looked like it aged and was there for a while. Charles came last minute and fixed it. I highly recommend. Overwhelm with Satisfaction!!!!!!!!! I was informed by my County Code Enforcement my privacy fence had to be fixed in one week. 3 days before my deadline -I called the original company to ensure they would be at my home and was informed they could not begin until after the deadline expired. I was livid. I searched online for another company and found Stain-N-Seal Solution. When I say I was overwhelm by the concern and professionalism Charles displayed when I called -I knew I wanted this company to do the work. Charles was at my house within a couple of hours to review the repairs and Roberts was there shortly after to being the repairs.
